Here are the basic operations for your W15:

• Turn On: Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds when the device is off.
• Start Cleaning: After turning on, the vacuum will automatically begin cleaning.
• Pause Cleaning: Briefly press the power button to enter standby mode.
• Turn Off: Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds while the device is on.
• Return to Dock: Press the recharge button briefly, and the indicator light will blink as the vacuum returns to its charging dock.

 Please follow these steps carefully to connect your W15:

1. Preparation: Ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz home Wi-Fi network and you have downloaded the "Vactidy" app.
2. Setup: Place the vacuum on its powered charging dock.
3. Enter Pairing Mode: Long-press the power button on the vacuum until you hear a sound indicating it has entered Wi-Fi pairing mode.
4. Connect in App: In the Vactidy app, select your home Wi-Fi network and enter the password. Please ensure the password is between 8-12 characters long for a successful connection.
5. Finalize Connection: Your phone will prompt you to connect to a vacuum hotspot named "Vactidy-XXXX". Connect to it and immediately return to the app to wait for the final connection to complete.

Troubleshooting Tips:

• If the "Vactidy-XXXX" hotspot does not appear, please double-check your steps, ensure you are using a 2.4GHz network, and avoid operating too frequently. You can also try using your mobile phone's hotspot for the setup process.
• If you continue to experience issues after multiple attempts and the hotspot fails to appear, there may be a hardware problem. Please contact our support team at support@vactidy.com for further assistance.

 If you're experiencing connection issues, please check the following requirements and troubleshooting steps:

Connection Requirements:

• Your W15 can only connect to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network (not 5GHz)
• For iOS 13 or later, location permissions must be enabled for the Vactidy app
• Mobile data must be turned off during setup (connect to Wi-Fi only)
• Android devices need to grant all permissions to the Vactidy app
• Your router must have SSID broadcast enabled
• Ensure your vacuum isn't blocked by your router's blacklist

If the "Vac tidy-XXXX" hotspot doesn't appear after multiple attempts, or if you've tried all the above steps without success, there may be a hardware issue. Please contact our support team at support@vactidy.com for further assistance.

Simply contact our customer service team immediately with your order number. If your package hasn't left our warehouse, we'll cancel it for you. If it's already on the way, you can refuse the delivery. Once the package is delivered, you'll need to follow our return process, which may involve a return shipping fee.
