Weak suction is often caused by a full dustbin, clogged filters, or a low power setting. Please empty the dustbin, clean all filters, and check that all components are sealed properly. For persistent issues, contact support@vactidy.com.

Simply contact our customer service team immediately with your order number. If your package hasn't left our warehouse, we'll cancel it for you. If it's already on the way, you can refuse the delivery. Once the package is delivered, you'll need to follow our return process, which may involve a return shipping fee.
